Studio Policies
Welcome!
To ensure a smooth and professional learning experience, please review the following policies. These guidelines help maintain a respectful and productive studio environment.

Lessons must be booked and paid for in advance. Lessons will not be confirmed without payment.
Payment is accepted via Venmo or PayPal. Payment details will be provided upon scheduling.
Lesson packages are available for a discount, but all pre-paid lessons are non-refundable.

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without being charged.
If you wake up ill the day of your lesson, you must notify me by 10:00 AM that morning.
Late cancellations (under 24 hours' notice) and no-call/no-shows will be charged in full.
If I need to cancel a lesson, you will be offered a makeup lesson or refund.

If you are late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
I will wait 10 minutes at the start of the lesson. After that, it will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

Come prepared with any sheet music, backing tracks, or materials we have discussed.
Regular practice between lessons is expected to ensure steady progress.
Lessons are a judgment-free space—be ready to explore, take risks, and have fun!

Lesson packages must be used by the student who purchased them; they cannot be transferred to another person.
At this time, lesson packages do not expire, but I encourage consistent scheduling to ensure progress.
